Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Bengaluru. The CSM will be responsible for driving customer success across onboarding, adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction, ensuring long-term client value and strong partnerships.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects, ensuring smooth client transitions and successful tool launches.
  • Plan and coordinate onboarding activities, monitor deliverables, and optimize internal processes.
  • Maintain proactive client communication, provide updates, resolve queries, and build trusted relationships.
  • Conduct admin and user training to drive tool adoption and empower client teams.
  • Track progress, analyze data, and generate reports using advanced MS Excel.
  • Drive adoption and retention by tailoring solutions to client needs and ensuring long-term success.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and strong customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Skills & Competencies:


  • Customer Success, Onboarding, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

Requirements:


  • 3–5 years of SaaS customer success or onboarding experience (support background a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers across the US, EU, and India.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; flexibility to support global time zones.
