About the Role:
This is a high-leverage, growth-oriented role where you will lead our Talent Management product and take it to the next level. Our product already has traction with enterprises, and your mission is to scale it further. You will work with an high-performing team and bring leadership, structure, and execution excellence to drive product growth.

What You’ll Do
• Own and scale our core Talent Management product to meet enterprise needs while maintaining our startup agility.
• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with quick iterations.
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to align product strategy with business goals.
• Engage deeply with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and drive adoption.
• Optimize product usability, onboarding, and retention to ensure seamless user experience at scale.
• Implement data-driven decision-making, using metrics to refine and improve features.

Who You Are
3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping successful products.
7+ years of total work experience. Preferred transitions from Engineering, Design and Customer Success is preferred.
• Experience in scaling products for enterprise customers, with a strong understanding of compliance, security, and customization needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, balancing speed and quality.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills – you can rally a team around a vision and execute.
• Data-driven decision-maker who understands how to use analytics to drive growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in HR Tech, Performance Management, or OKRs is a plus.
