As we scale, channel partnerships are a key go-to-market strategy, and we are looking for a driven Account Executive – Partnerships to take ownership of this function in the US and Middle East.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive – Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic channel partnerships that drive revenue for Peoplebox. Your primary focus will be building relationships with HR tech resellers, system integrators, HR/ Recruitment consulting and key industry partners in the US and Middle East, enabling them to sell and support Peoplebox.ai effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive channel partnerships in the US and Middle East, ensuring they contribute to revenue growth.
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners such as HR tech resellers, HR consulting firms, and HRIS solutions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align partner strategies with company goals.
• Enable partners with the right sales training, marketing collateral, and product knowledge to help them drive adoption.
• Track and optimize partner performance, ensuring high engagement and deal closures.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and expand key relationships over time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities in the region.
What We’re Looking For
• 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the HR tech space or experience working with HR tech partnerships is a plus.
• Experience working with partners in the US and/or Middle East is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of building and scaling channel sales partnerships.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
